Public Information Committee Meetings

At Mt. View Sanitary District, we want our customers to be informed. Our Committee Meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Thursday of each month at 3:30pm, in the Administration Building at 3800 Arthur Road, Martinez.

Meetings, agendas, and minutes will be posted on this site as they occur. Meeting agendas indicate the location of each meeting. When attending any meeting, all guests to the District must check-in at the Administration building.

The MVSD website contains meeting agendas and minutes for 12 calendar months from the most recent meeting date. Older agendas and minutes can be made available through a public records request.

Members of the public may address the Committee Members on any item of interest that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. Individuals who wish to speak should furnish their name and address to the secretary with the agenda item number they wish to discuss. Individuals will be heard during the Committee’s consideration of the item. If the item is not listed on the agenda, the individual should describe the subject matter to the secretary, and it will be called under agenda item “Public Comment.” The time limit for speaking is three (3) minutes subject to reasonable modification by the Committee. If you have a physical impairment that requires special accommodations to participate, please call the Board Secretary at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting at 925-228-5635.
