John Muir Birthday Earth Day Celebration

MVSD joined the celebration for John Muir’s 186th birthday and Earth Day Celebration at the John Muir National Site in Martinez on April 20th. Visitors to the event enjoyed live music, storytelling, and a variety of booths filled with activities and information. Those who stopped by the MVSD booth learned about pollution prevention and protecting our wetlands (along with taking home a treat or two).
